Aura Coffee was born from a simple belief: that every morning deserves a moment of intention. We work with trusted farms across Brazil to source beans that carry the authentic character of their origin.
Each batch is roasted in small quantities at our roastery in Minas Gerais, Brazil, where our master roasters bring out the nuanced flavor profiles that make specialty coffee extraordinary. No shortcuts, no compromises.

We visit farms personally, tasting hundreds of samples each season to find exceptional lots that meet our quality standards and ethical sourcing criteria.
Our master roasters develop unique profiles for each origin, using a vintage Probat roaster to coax out the best flavors from every batch — never more than 25kg at a time.
Every batch is cupped by our team of Q-Graders. Only lots scoring 85+ on the SCA scale make it into our bags. We test for consistency, clarity, and character.
Sealed in eco-friendly, nitrogen-flushed bags within 24 hours of roasting. Roast dates printed on every bag — because freshness is everything.
